Enter [10] for a strike in any frame. In the 10th frame, if you get a strike, you get two bonus rolls, so you might enter [10, x, y] where x and y are the pins knocked down in the bonus rolls.

Enter two numbers that add up to 10, e.g., [7,3] or [0,10] (though 0,10 is not typical as the first roll would be a strike). The calculator will recognize it as a spare.

Enter the two rolls that do not sum to 10, e.g., [9,0] or [8,1]. The score for that frame is simply the sum of the two rolls.

This calculator is designed for ten-pin bowling. Other variations have different scoring rules and number of pins.
